Mom's Power Hour
This 60-minute class is designed specifically to focus on strength and conditioning for pregnant and postpartum moms, all while in the company of other moms!! Meeting the physical demands of motherhood requires loading and strengthening, and it is an essential part of a well-rounded exercise plan. Strengthening with weights is shown to improve health during pregnancy and postpartum and sets us up for better health in the years following the pregnancy/postpartum period. This class is led by Danielle, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, board-certified in pelvic rehabilitation, and certified in pregnancy and postpartum exercise.
